Shipping policy


1. Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During high volume periods, such as after a new product launch, processing may up to two weeks.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on destination. Rates are calculated at checkout after you enter your address. 

3. Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that apply once the package leaves our studio. We recommend checking your country's customs fees to avoid unexpected charges. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. After your order has shipped, an additional email with shipment notification will be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at cozylattedreams@gmail.com.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request an address change by contacting us at cozylattedreams@gmail.com with your name and order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or redirects. 

If the address provided is incomplete, we will attempt to contact you within 5 business days. If no response is received within this timeframe, your order will be canceled.

6. Lost Packages
Cozy Latte Dreams is not responsible for lost packages once they are picked up by the mail carrier. We do not control the shipping timeline after your package leaves our facility. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages, locating them, or contacting the mail carrier to file a claim.
